Application Process
We are excited to welcome your child to TCC! Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the enrollment process smoothly.
- Initial Contact & Application Submission– A school representative will guide you through the process. Please submit all required documents to begin the review
- Application Review (2 working days) – Our administration team will check your application. If anything is missing, we will contact you for the necessary details
- Interview Scheduling – The interview will be scheduled based on parents' availability, typically within 3 to 4 working days. Once the application is complete, we will coordinate a meeting with the School Director to discuss your child's enrollment.
- Interview & Final Review (2 working days) – The Director will review your case, go over the supporting documents, and make a final decision.
- Application Decision (1 working day) – You will receive a notification regarding your child’s acceptance status.
- Contract & Payment (2 working days) – If accepted, you will need to sign the enrollment contract and complete the tuition payment.
- Final Enrollment Processing – We will update school records, notify teachers, and set up your child's student ID and school accounts.
- Welcome Letter & Start Date Confirmation – Parents will receive an official confirmation, and teachers will prepare for the student’s arrival.
- First Day of School– Your child’s journey at TCC begins! For assistance, contact our admissions team.

Enrollment fees for the academic year
- Preschool - Kindergarden: USD 1,000
- Elementary Schoool USD 1,700
- Middle & High School (Edmentum Program) $2,700
- Monthly tuition fees (11 payments)

Additional information
*Elementary School tuition may vary based on U.S. program costs. The fee includes annual registration and all classroom materials.
Middle & High School tuition includes:
U.S. school transcripts at the end of each academic year.
All classroom materials.
A U.S. High School Diploma upon completing 12th grade.
Monthly tuition is divided into 10 payments per academic year.

We are working together to find better ways to learn, explore the world around us, and have a positive impact on our community and the world.
- The administration will contact you via email to confirm receipt of all documents
- Once your completed application has been reviewed, the administration will ask you and your daughter / son for an in person or virtual interview.
- After the interview, the administration will contact you to inform you if your child has been accepted into The Creating Center.
- The Administration will send you a contract to sign and return within 10 business days.
- Attach the following documents to the application:
- Copy of the student's passport or Panamanian ID
- Copy of the student's birth certificate
- Copy of the passports / Panamanian ID of both parents
- Copy of all academic records, including current school year, if applicable.
Information on related costs such as admission fee, monthly payments, insurance and others will be presented to you when the process is officially initiated.

We offer Music, Drama Club, Chess, Martil Arts. The sports club of Buenaventura offers swimming, tennis, golf, soccer, ballet, karate, and soccer lessons.
Yes, students in Preschool and Elementary can enroll even if they do not yet speak English. We recommend additional English tutoring to support their transition into an English-speaking environment. For Middle and High School applicants, an evaluation of English comprehension and reading skills is required to ensure they are prepared for the academic expectations. Please note that we accept only a limited percentage of non-English-speaking students in each grade level to ensure we can provide the necessary support and maintain a balanced learning environment for all.
Yes, students are expected to attend in-person classes daily. Our school schedule, from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, is designed to provide a structured and enriching learning experience. These hours ensure full implementation of our educational methodology, emphasizing meaningful face-to-face interaction between students and teachers and supporting a dynamic, engaged academic environment.
The Creating Center is MEDUCA certified and it partners with Edmentum to provide a curriculum that is Cognia accredited and College Board approved. This allows our students to have access to the best universities around the world once they graduate.

The admissions process involves completing an application form, attaching required documents (such as copies of the student’s passport or Panamanian ID, birth certificate, parents’ identification, and academic records), and participating in an interview.
The Creating Center offers programs for Early Years (nursery to Kinder), Elementary (1st to 5th grade), and Secondary education.
The Creating Center provides a United States standards base curriculum through editorials like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Pearson, and Mc Graw Hill. In addition to our partnership with Edmentum International that allow us to include AP and Honor´s classes and Graduate with a United States High School Diploma.

We have an amazing community of like-minded parents that are always looking for ways to include other parents and other members of the community in the activities that we do as a school.
There is a comprehensive school wide behavior policy that centers on positive discipline and teaching of behavioral expectations. There is a no bulling policy that is strictly enforced.
We take our students security very seriously so there is a gate that controls the entry, camaras in the halls and a state-of-the-art alarm system.
All our teachers and staff are CPR trained and there is a comprehensive policy addressing emergency situations.
Students’ 5th grade and up manage an online platform, have complete access to Microsoft office tools, and other technological tools.
