Step by step — this is how the enrollment journey looks.
Initial Contact & Application Submission
A school representative will guide you through the process. Submit all required documents to begin the review.
Application Review 2 Working Days
Our admissions team will request the required student information and documentation, then review the submitted materials to verify that the admissions file is complete.
Interview & Final Review 3–4 Working Days
The school will schedule an interview according to the parents' availability. The School Director will meet with the family to discuss enrollment, review the student's admissions file and supporting documents, and complete the final admissions review.
Application Decision 1 Working Day
You'll receive a notification regarding your child's acceptance status.
Contract & Payment 2 Working Days
If accepted, sign the enrollment contract and complete the tuition payment.
Final Enrollment Processing & Welcome Confirmation
Once enrollment is confirmed, the school updates the student's official records, notifies the teaching team, sets up the student ID and school accounts, and sends the family the official welcome letter with the confirmed start date.

Yes, students in Preschool can enroll even if they do not yet speak English. At the Elementary level, we can also accept a limited number of students with low English proficiency per grade level, and we may recommend additional English support or tutoring to help them successfully transition into an English-speaking learning environment.
For Middle and High School applicants, an evaluation of English comprehension and reading skills is required to ensure they have the level of English needed to access the curriculum and meet academic expectations.
Yes, students are expected to attend in-person classes daily. Our schedule, from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, is designed to provide a structured and enriching learning experience, emphasizing meaningful face-to-face interaction between students and teachers.
The Creating Center is certified by MEDUCA and is currently an IB Candidate School working toward authorization for both the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Middle Years Programme (MYP). For High School, we partner with Edmentum to offer a U.S.-based program that is Cognia accredited and College Board approved, providing students with a recognized academic pathway that prepares them to apply to universities in Panama and around the world.
High school students have access to a fully accredited curriculum that also offers AP and honors classes. Our graduates are fully prepared to continue their education in colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, Europe, or wherever they choose.
